Enrolment for September 2025 opens on Thursday, 21 August. Spots are filling up fast, and we'd love to see you there.

What do I need to bring to enrol?
So we can complete your enrolment, please bring the following with you:
- Proof of qualifications (exam result slips or certificates), including English and maths.
- Proof of identity, such as your passport, national identity card, birth certificate or driving licence.
If applicable, proof of your immigration status:
- Immigration status share code GOV.UK eVisa or Home Office letter, which confirms your immigration status and the current end date of your status.
- If you are a dependent of a family member’s immigration permission, we will also need to see the sticker in your passport or a Home Office letter which states that you are a dependent of this person and proof of their immigration status.
- If your immigration permission has expired (or is due to expire soon) and you have applied for new permission, we will also need to see the Home Office letter or email confirming that you have submitted an application.
- If your current immigration permission is due to expire before the end of your course, we may not be able to complete your enrolment, or you may be asked to sign a declaration confirming that you intend to apply for new permission.
If you are an adult learner (aged 19 or over and you do not have an EHCP), you will also need to bring:
- Payment method to pay for any fees due (we do not accept cheques).
- If you are on benefits, we will need to see a full Universal Credit statement or evidence of JSA or ESA dated within three months of the course start date.
- If you are unemployed, but not on a benefit and have no/low income, please bring evidence to demonstrate this, for example, a bank statement or ‘no recourse to public funds’ evidence.
- If you live in a London postcode area and your gross annual earnings are below £27,007.50, or you live elsewhere and earn below £25,750, we will need to see your wage slips for the previous three months. If your wage slips are unavailable, we will also accept your employment contract, your P60 for the previous tax year or, if you are self-employed, your SA302 tax calculation for the previous tax year.
If you don’t bring the relevant documents, we may not be able to complete your enrolment.If you have any criminal convictions, spent or unspent, you will need to talk to the Safeguarding Team before you enrol.

What happens on the day?
When you come to enrol, you will be asked to follow several steps to ensure that you enrol in the right course and have everything you need to start your studies successfully.

- For courses at Orpington Campus, our University Centre or Bromley Campus, enrolment takes place at Bromley Campus
- For courses at Greenwich Campus or Greenwich Park Centre, enrolment takes place at Greenwich Campus
- For courses at Bexley or Holly Hill Campuses, enrolment takes place at Bexley Campus
